Hector Hammond, the scariest Green Lantern rogue ever--and considering his other rogues include killer sharks, Space Hitler, and a Deity of Death with his own Zombie Corps, that's saying something!
With this I went really loose and experimental, make him as freaky and scary as I can. I think I did a pretty good job with that.
